From the city of Rijeka, buses and Catamarans operate to Cres Island where we can arrange to meet you and your group in Cres town and transport you to your accommodation in Beli. Croatia Airlines www.croatiaairlines.hr fly at least once a week from Manchester or Heathrow, from May onwards to the nearest airports-Rijeka or, Pula airport in Istria. Croatia has a limited rail network. Rail travel is cheaper and generally slower, but you will see some nice scenery and in our view it's a nice way to travel around. The coach operator 'Autotrans' offer services Croatia-wide and this is more popular way of getting around. Tickets can be purchased at the point of departure or from the conductor and represent good value for your money. Moving between the islands is equally easy. 'Jadrolinija'-Croatia's national ferry line operates daily services between the larger islands for cars and foot-passengers-traffic queues for the boats are likely in the months of July and August but outside of these times are problem-free. Tickets are purchased from offices at the roadside near the port of departure.
